Claiming his case and actions are public, Flavio Briatore on Friday shot back at the FIA over its condemnation of the leak of documents in his lawsuit involving the 2008 Singapore GP.
The secrecy, he further argues, is all on the FIA’s side.
In a statement, Briatore says: “”The FIA neglects to mention that, according to declarations by one of its own vice-presidents to the media, the world council’s decision was rather the outcome of secret negotiations on the eve of the sham hearing.”
Reuters apparently had the first take on this; I haven’t been able to find that story, but I think this link is that story, just without the Reuters tagline.
With the court hearing still 11 days off, there is plenty of time for this story to get nastier and nastier.
Anyone want to venture what details we might be hearing about between now and then?

It’s all on the FIA’s side? what could possibly leak to HIS favor anyway!?
