Great news, and couldn't happen to a man with more integrity than Sauber. Still, it brings up a few questions.

Does it include the engine manufacturing or will BMW make the lumps?
What price and where did he get backing?
Why was BMW desperate enough to get in bed with Quackback and their skullduggery?
With Toyota selling their spot to the Serb outfit, will Todt/Ecclestone give it to Sauber, an insider?

Loving the soap-opera quality of it all. Intrigue without salacious scandal.

Well, well, well... the Swiss are back in charge. And if they have the engine plant that is very good for F1 - Ferrari, Mercedes, Cosworth (Ford by any other name - those of us who remember), Renault and - what will they call the engine? Surely not Sauber - could it perhaps be AutoUnion (I think Sauber has connections with VW)? Then we could have the '50s/'60s grid back.... now all we need if Alfa... oh, and perhaps BRM (Aston as it was)?
