Report: Kimi WRC deal any minute now

kimi-70The official WRC site already reported that Kimi Raikkonen was signing with Red Bull, but now — apparently — we are close to hearing the official word.

Or so says Autosport.

As has been the guess, apparently Kimi will end up at Red Bull’s “B-team” and will be in a Citroen with Sebastien Ogier.

The official pronouncement is expected within hours, or maybe even minutes at this point.

Smart move on Red Bull’s part. Get Kimi used to calling a teammate “Seb.”

I think we can officially begin the “Kimi to partner Sebastian Vettel” rumors in 2011, huh?

Oh please no. I need to attend a GP before Webber retires, and I cant afford to go this year.

So I am starting the “Kimi to partner Mark Webber in 2011 at RBR, Vettel to Mercedes GP” rumor.

You know, I wouldn’t be suprised if Kimi doesn’t come back to F1.
