Is F1 in line for a Schumacher two-fer?

Word floating around today is that Michael Schumacher’s brother Ralf has his eye on a return to the Formula 1 grid.
The Associated Press has a report, which I think includes some unintended moments of hilarity:
Ralf Schumacher, who retired from Formula One in 2007, said Tuesday that racing against his brother was not that important but that he would seriously consider an offer to drive for a “competitive” team.
The 34-year-old driver’s last team was Toyota. He won six races with Williams. Since leaving Formula One, Ralf Schumacher has been driving in the German Touring Cars series, without much success.

“Competing against Michael is not that important for me,” Ralf told the German DPA news agency. “In any case, I would seriously consider an interesting and attractive offer to drive in a competitive Formula One team.”
I’m thoroughly in love with the phrase “without much success.” That about sums it up, huh?
In other reports I’ve seen, the “competitive Formula One team” Ralf mentions is Toro Rosso. Or, so the reports go. How Toro Rosso earned the description “competitive” is beyond me, unless we’re looking back to 2008 and Monza.
At this point, I think it might be time for a concerted campaign: We need to bring back not only Ralf, but Jasques Villeneuve as well. How about Mika Hakkinen? Sato?
Quit with the untried rookie drivers, F1 teams! Hire the tried, terrible veterans!

Sure…lets even get Ricardo Zonta back in the game as Ralfs reserve driver again!
I would rather see Yuji Ide back in F1 than Ralf.
someone give juan pablo a call!
