Mexico, Korea, New Jersey and India are all missing from the once robust 22-race schedule proposed earlier this year. Also worth noting is the final race (traditionally Brazil) is now Abu Dhabi. Some serious cash must have changed hands to make that happen.

It’s good to see the FIA give Russia enough time to clean up all the empty condom packages from Olympic village in Sochi from this year’s 2014 Winter Olympics too.

For all of you USGP fans planning on attending, make your reservations now and you may just catch some hotels off guard as they are most likely not thinking the race will change weekends.

Early projections show that it’s going to hit an away game against the Texas Tech Red Raiders in Lubbock. In fact, there is no open date in November. Now, it might not be so much of an issue since that’s in the North Texas Plains, but it would otherwise be playing havoc with attendance.

OK, for all those thinking about coming to Austin around Halloweeen, please do come. Sixth street on halloween night is something to see and enjoy for yourself. You better bring a real good costume because the Austinites living here have been doing this for years and they can make the best costumes.

Going to be a party to remember…
