The official announcement from FOTA has us assured that a new Concorde Agreement is indeed signed and concluded. Negotiations have been completed and all teams have signed.

FOTA today hailed the signing of the new Concorde Agreement and left open the possibility for the BMW Sauber team to sign on in the future.
