So far, the only big news to come out of Flavio Briatore’s appeal of his ban from FIA event, happening today in Paris, is when we can expect to hear an outcome: January 5.

The FIA today, following the Guardian’s getting a hold of some of Flavio Briatore’s court claims, released a short statement denying Flavio’s apparent claims and denouncing the leak:
