Audi unveils Le Mans R15 ‘plus’

Amid all the hand-wringing yesterday about the Bahrain GP, a very fast car drove past our radar: the new Audi R15 plus.
Of course, Le Mans isn’t our main deal here, but I’d hate to disappoint Todd and not make note of what I’m sure will become his next car-obsession.

Le Mans entry list announced; McNish looks to rebound from ‘under par’ result

The ACO today announced the initial list of 55 cars that will compete in the Le Mans 24 Hours, with more than half the field made up of LMP1 and LMP2 challengers.
All total, 21 LMP1 cars — including Peugeot and Audi — nine LMP2, eight GT1 and 17 GT2 entries make up the list.
