Another diffuser debacle? FIA to clarify the rules, again

According to an Autosport article published Monday, there are a few teams who may have to change the design of their diffusers before the Australian GP in less than two weeks.  Apparently, some of the teams have gotten technically clever and manufactured some oddly shaped starter motors which require specially shaped holes in the diffuser, [...]
