Chandhok ‘renews’ deal with Tag

Since I don’t seem to be the only one enamored of HRT driver Karun Chandhok, I’ll drop a quick bit of news that seems encouraging, although not hugely surprising. Via his Twitter account:

Petronas confirms no more F1 team sponsorship

Buried in a business story in the Malaysian Star newspaper is confirmation from Petronas chairman Tan Sri Mohd Hassan Marican that the oil company will not be sponsoring another Formula 1 team. It will continue to sponsor the Malaysian GP.
