Join Michael, Paul and me as we discuss the movie “1”. It’s a terrific documentary about the halcyon days of Formula 1. The danger, speed and character of the sport with never-before-seen footage that unpacks the sheer drama, tragedy and exhilaration of the sport. Michael and Paul have truly put together a documentary that not only tells the stories as they were but doesn’t tarnish the nuance of what makes F1 special. The efforts toward safety, the cavalier attitudes and even obtuse nature of the sport that arguably killed some of its finest.

I know I enjoyed speaking with both Michael and Paul and I think you will enjoy hearing their perspective on the film and Formula 1. Check out their Facebook page and give them a “like” here. Follow them on Twitter @1thefilm. If you’re in North America, you can download the movie from iTunes here.

Wow, I never heard of this…any chance this will be available outside of North America anytime soon?

    • They mention the markets coming soon in the interview. You could follow their Facebook page too, they do announce release dates there as well.

Thanks for this. Listening to the surprise podcast, which was great by the way, then watching the trailer, which it awesome, I can’t wait till its release in Australia.

  • Tom Firth

Really look forward to seeing this.

Interesting that its distribution is similar to that of the first Truth in 24. Itunes USA first, the rest of the world later.

Nothing wrong with that, happy to wait :)

Listening to this interview has me intrigued as to the ending they have found for the film. I guess I’ll have to wait until next year to find out.

Thanks for posting the interview Todd.
